Negative: Everything excellent. The TV for us as non UK residents was complicated without an iplayer account, but for the majority of people this probably wouldn't be a problem.

Positive: Property is generally clean. Close to main shopping area in Solihull as well as distance from station
Negative: Coould have some instructions for cooker and hob use and heating adjusting. Took some time but worked it out.
